My name is Christine!

For a long time, I was living a life with no meaning.

No purpose. No intention. No passion. Nothing that made me feel alive.

For a long time, I found myself existing in my life; not living it.

Until I realized I deserved better.

It was no eureka moment though. There was no specific moment in time that turned my world upside down. It was quite the opposite actually; a culmination of seemingly random moments here and there.

Like collecting the pieces of a puzzle without any visibility whatsoever on what the final image looked like. Each piece was an image in its own right.

Each moment taught me that I have a say in my life and as such, in each moment, I chose to show up for myself, to the best of my abilities.

Your life won't change in one day, but one day can change your life!

What can we do together?

  • Every session looks and feels different and every practice is about meeting yourself where you are at that moment in time — honoring your body, mind, and spirit. With different styles and paces available, private sessions are suitable for all levels and backgrounds — whether you’re just starting your practice or looking to deepen an already existing practice.

  • It all begins with a vision. Do you often feel as though there’s a gap between where you are and where you want to be? Through Coaching, explore who you really are, what you really want, how you could be getting in your own way, and how best you can get there.

  • Use your mind as a tool to transcend the mind, cultivate a sense of stillness in the present moment, and experience what is called ‘‘witnessing awareness’’.

    Either through 1:1 sessions or by enrolling in an immersive 4-week course.

She guides you through a series of postures taking into account different skill levels and any injuries/weaknesses, which is really helpful especially since she always makes sure to pay individual attention to everyone in the class.
